The Best Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
1 full rack of baby back ribs
honey
Rub Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons chopped onions (dehydrated)
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Yellow mustard (divided)
2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- First mix your rub spices together in a small bowl and set a side.
- Next, remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs. Use paper towel to grip the silver skin and pull.
- Add the yellow mustard to the ribs. Paint the mustard all over the ribs making sure to cover every part of the rib.
- Generously sprinkle the rub all over the ribs and massage into the meat.
- Splash or spray apple cider vinegar all over the ribs
- Wrap ribs in foil and pop into the oven at 350*F for 1 hour
- Pull ribs out of the oven and brush the rub into the ribs. Next drizzle honey all over the front and the back of the ribs. Rewrap and put back into oven for another hour.
- Once the ribs baked for another hour pull them out and brush BBQ sauce all over them and pop them back into oven uncovered for 15 minutes. Pull ribs out of the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving them. Enjoy!!
